Samantha Peszek came to speak at our Annual Leadership Experience.  She is a great speaker who was really able to relate with our students. One of the things that really stuck with me that Samantha talked about was her transition from a 4-hour leader in practice to a 24-hour leader.  As a coach, these are concepts we try to get across to our athletes, and having our team hear it from Samantha was very powerful!
